Hannah Bush, Owner

After about 10 years of working in residential construction and getting a taste for timber framing, I started my own business in 2021. Originally named The She Builder & Co., my focus has been on residential construction and timber framing. Winter of 2025 brought a rebrand to my business. Now doing business as Han Hewn, my mission is based in the design, production, and contracting of timber frames, residential and custom carpentry, and green building practices.

Generally, I keep my projects local to central Vermont. However, timber frames and panelized projects are able to be crafted off site and delivered to location, making distance less of a burden in the construction process.

Please reach out with questions about getting your project going!
